OR FOOTBALL SUCCESS

Perhaps the most celebrated recent achievement comes from Old Reptonian Will Hughes (New 2008-11), who, alongside his Crystal Palace teammates, secured a breathtaking 1-0 victory over Manchester City in the FA Cup Final. Will became only the second Old Reptonian in history to lift the famous trophy and the first since 1873.

We are also delighted to see some younger ORs Hugo De Lisle (Latham 2022-25) and Emily Walne (Field 2022-25) sign professional contracts with Leicester City for next season, where they will join fellow ORs Bade Aluko (Orchard 2021-23) and Will Daniels (Cross 2021-24).

Hugo was recently selected for the England U16 squad, while Will has been called up to represent Canada in the U17 World Cup this summer. Bade, meanwhile, made his Premier League debut on the final day of the season against Bournemouth.

These inspiring successes highlight the importance of continued investment in our sporting facilities. We are currently working to future-proof football at Repton with the development of new 3G astro turfs.
