FOCUS SPORTS

Repton Prep fields squads in the major sports of football, hockey and cricket for boys and girls, with second, third, fourth and even fifth teams formed where possible. We place great importance on how sport helps children develop - being part of a team enables children and young adults to improve their social and communication skills whilst also developing their focus and decision-making.

Our boarding ethos caters for an extended activity programme which offers pupils access to further coaching across our focus sports and beyond.

The major sports throughout the year are:

Michaelmas Term

Lent Term

Summer Term

Football (boys)

Hockey (boys)

Cricket (boys and girls)

Hockey (girls)

Netball (girls)

Tennis (girls Year 7 & 8)

Football (girls)
