DID YOU KNOW

“MT13 have worked with Repton School Enterprises for a number of years now to provide the facilities for our residentials, day camps and private coaching. We find the team very straight forward to deal with. Their knowledge of how the extensive facilities at Repton can best be used for our hockey activities, and the day to day support the team gives us on the ground, is excellent and much appreciated. They always go the extra mile to ensure that MT13 - Matt, the coaches and our clients - feel very welcome and well cared for. Of particular note is the support given to players & coaches with specific dietary requirements for whom a residential could otherwise be a challenge. No question or request goes unanswered and we very much look forward to using the facilities again in the future. ” - MT13 Hockey Camps

THE BOARDING HOUSES

There are ten Houses – six for boys and four for girls, each home to approximately 60 pupils. Day pupils are fully integrated with the boarders, who make up around 70% of the Repton community. The vertical House system means that older members of the boarding house, led by the Head of House and Prefects, sees younger pupils are well supported and concerns passed on to trusted adults.

PEARS SCHOOL

Pears School, built in 1886 commemorates the School’s second founder, Steuart Adolphus Pears. With beautiful stained-glass windows, oak panelling, hammer-beam roof, and kitchen facilities Pears School is an ideal venue for wedding receptions, large celebrations, balls, or concerts.

The Hall will seat 200 people with tables or 500 people in a theatre arrangement.

400 HALL THEATRE

The 400 Hall was built as the School theatre to commemorate the 400th anniversary of the School and has since undergone an award-winning multi-million-pound redevelopment. Reopened in 2011 by Dominic West, The 400 Hall regularly hosts both large and small scale, local and national dance and theatre productions as well as public speaking events.

The 400 Hall includes both the main stage and a large studio theatre space available for both rehearsals and performances. The main theatre has a seating capacity of 315, the most current technical equipment, and includes a bar and entertaining area.

THE MUSIC SCHOOL

The Beldam Hall is situated in the Music School and is an ideal venue for concerts, recitals and plays for smaller audiences of up to 120. It may also be hired for rehearsals only.

THE GARTH

The Garth is a beautiful, secluded, peaceful and dignified garden. It was originally the cloistered garden for the Augustinian monks who practised at Repton Abbey and is now a war memorial to the School’s fallen in modern conflict. Photographs and pre-reception drinks also take place in the Garth.

The lecture theatre is located in the stunning, purpose-built Science Priory. The lecture theatre can seat 200 people, with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, including 3D projection. A perfect venue for lectures, conferences, and presentations.
