With the theme of 'Harry Potter', The Junior Social had been looked forward to with great excitement. The Committee (featuring Fabienne Peters -U6), had done a great job of decorating the 400 Hall. Meanwhile the students put in lots of effort with their costunes, as you'll see below. Great attention was taken to achieve authentic detail, including the ties for the Houses at Hogwarts. It is a serious business after all!
The girls will be have a 'Cinema Night' in the House on Monday 5th December where they will all watch the final episode of the Harry Potter saga together. It promises to be a great communal event, enjoyed by the whole house. Day girls will be welcome to stay overnight to enjoy the evening. We all watched The Deathly Hallows Part 1 a fortnight ago in preparation (most could quote every line during the film!).
