Adrian Roseanu and Jamie Muirhead have recently discovered that their respective applications for places on the prestigious Villiers Park courses have been successful. Adrian will attend a Geography course, entitled "Geographical Imaginations", and Jamie will be exploring "How the universe lives and dies", on a Physics course. Villiers Park courses take pupils beyond the remit of A Level specifications and offer the opportunity to sample a taste of degree level study in fields which may be of interest to Sixth Form students. Jamie Muirhead has also won a place at the Senior Physics Challenge Summer School at the end of June which will be held at Cambridge. Congratulations to both boys and we hope that these courses will provide the springboard to successful university applications in the Michaelmas Term.
