Match Report:

This match was a triangular match against Kimbolton and The Leys.  Due to us playing two matches, we shortened each of them to two halves of 15 minutes.  We started off well against Kimbolton and it soon became apparent that we were the stronger team. Some of the girls showed a touch of frustration and we began to give away possession at times but soon gathered ourselves and played some good netball. Sophie had little to do as GK but what she did do she did very well. Emily and Meg held up the attack and Phoebe was making some excellent interceptions and dominating  in centre court. The score at half time was 18-2 to Repton. The second half was much of the same with Repton doing all the basis well and playing good, steady netball. The final score was 37-5.

The Leys started off strong and made the girls realise that they had to sharpen up a little. Milly was moving much better around the circle with Vicky playing some good high balls into her. Esther was making some good shots and playing the ball round the circle. The score at half time was 16-3 to Repton.  Again the second half was much the same and Repton did what they had to do to gain a comfortable win. The final score was 28-7. These were good scores and the girls played both games in the right spirit. Player of the match is awarded to Phoebe who was outstanding throughout.LJB
