Match Report:
On Tuesday we played one of our toughest matches of the season. We started off knowing that we were in for a fight and by the end of the first quarter Rugby were already ahead by a several goals. However, we got into our stride in the second quarter and through some excellent play and accurate shooting we closed the gap significantly, leaving only one goal between us. The third quarter was a similar scenario as we continued to make some excellent interceptions and passes of the ball up and down the court. Unfortunately in our last quarter Rugby, who are unbeaten this season, pulled out all the stops and with that determination along with their faultless shooting they began to open the gap and went on to win the game. This was a challenging game for us and we can be proud of our efforts. Well done! Georgie Whitehouse/LHB
