Today (Sept 27th) saw the Mitre teams competing in the inter-House tug of war. The Senior team went first and won all of their round robins against the other girls Houses in style. In the final against the Garden, they lost the toss and had to pull uphill on two of the three pulls. Sadly, this was too much for the girls who had given their all in the heats. The cup went to the Garden in a tense final, who won by two to one in the best of three. The Junior team fared less well after a delicious BBQ lunch, but as the photos in the gallery show, they had a great deal of fun doing it! A huge thank you especially to the day girls who came in to support the House, and to Chloe Williams (U6M) for her organisation of a fun and enjoyable event. Well done to all who took part.
