The outgoing Upper Sixth managed to rack up an impressive 28 A grades and 8 B grades at A Level, an 82% A/B grade haul. Aaron Paxton and Pavel Shaynoga each bagged 5 As whilst Andrew Brigham, Aaron Burgess-Smith and Seb Whale also gained straight As in their three A Levels. Tony Lam, Sandy Morgan-Wynne and Harun Rauf all chipped in with A grades to help reach this tremendous total.
The boys will shortly scatter all over the country, and indeed the world, as they head off to embark upon the next stage of their journeys. Andrew Brigham has already started his tennis scholarship at the University of South Carolina, Tony Lam will continue his studies back in Hong Kong whilst the rest are off to Cambridge, Durham, Birmingham, KCL amongst other places. Congratulations to the boys on this fine achievement and I hope that this will spur on others from The Cross to strive for academic excellence in the coming year.
