Also this week, The 1st VII netball were placed 2nd in the county stages, ensuring they have a place in The Midland region finals in January. Winning 7 out of 8 games, the came second by just one point but that was enough to qualify.

The 1st XI Football also made it through to the third round of the Independent Schools F.A. Cup, beating Q.E.H. Bristol 4-0. The pick of the goals came from U16 Kieron Fenton who scored a direct free kick and set up fellow U16 Patrick Tuffey for the 3rd goal. They will be at home to Lancing College in the 3rd round in November.
