Welcome to The Priory. We are housed in an impressive Victorian building which has been substantially added to at various intervals, and was most recently refurbished in 2010. Much changed since being acquired by the school in the early twentieth century, The Priory is now a modern boarding environment but still retains the charm and character of the original structure.
I, together with my wife Alison, took over the running of The Priory in August 2012, and it is also home to our two children: Alfie, 3, and Annie, 3 months. We have succeeded John and Sarah Golding, who had eleven very successful years in the house, and we aim to ensure that The Priory continues to be the happy, secure environment which prompts the development of confident, well-rounded and successful young men. We run The Priory very much as an extension of our own family home and it is our firm belief that the boys here are able to flourish in all aspects of their school life.
