Alan Hawkins is retiring at the end of this term, he has coached swimming and taught first aid here at Repton and at Foremarke for the last 15 years. Some lucky members of the school have been coached swimming by him since they were 4 years old.
Last Tuesday members of the School held a cannon relay to say thank you for all he has done for us. Some ORs were able to join us in the celebration of this very special man. He is a dedicated and entertaining coach who always wants and achieves the best out of the pupils who are in the pool with him. We wish him well for the future.
