Senior Steeplechase Team Winners

This year saw some remarkable performances in the steeplechase. In the seniors one girl after another crossed the line ahead of the other houses. Led this year by Lowri McIntosh who was the individual winners and followed by excellent runs from Phoebe Whittome, Emily Gething Lewis, Rebecca Wilson, Meg Byas, Sophie Weymann, Liv Martineau, Rosie Wilson, Becky Hawkins, Amelia Anderson and many others. All contributed to an outstanding win by the seniors.

Then in the juniors there was great expectation for a Field victory. Remarkable three B Block girls came in one, two, and three out of all the juniors! Olivia Mair smashed the record time by over a minute, with Sammy Allsop also beating the record time in second place. Still despite some other excellent efforts it was not quite enough to win the overall junior competition which was taken by the Mitre.
