The Senior League team rounded off a record-breaking Term on Thursday to complete the competition as undefeated champions. The girls had terrific fun throughout the Term and were well supported from the sidelines by The Abbey 'Green Army'.
All of the girls who had conributed celebrated with a Chinese meal that evening.
The Junior League Team are also undefeated and we will find out soon whether they can match the senior success. We are proud of both teams and all of the girls for showing the merit of throwing themselves into competitions and activities with such enthusiasm and good spirits.
The House Hockey tournaments featuring First team and A team players will coming up in the last week of Term. We know that the girls will relish both challenges with the same sense of togetherness and determination. Parents will of course be welcome to join in te fun (full details are on the school calender).
