RockIt stormed to the top of the charts before half term with yet another popular hit, raising £537.50 for the Lent Charity, passingiton, in the process. With Reptonians old and new striving to break through in the world of music, this fantastic event served another reminder of the talent on show at Repton, as well as the quality and appetite of the audience!

Charles Bracegirdle (L6O) and Albert Boulton (5O) kicked-started proceedings against a psychedelic backdrop, conjured by creative masterminds Hayden Ball (L6S) and Matt Jones (L6C), before Somerset Geere (U6N) and then the band of Will Abell (3S), Tom Hume (U6L) and Ed Roberts (3O) had their moment in the spotlight.

Top billing, however, went to B Blockers Sound Proof for their version of the Kings of Leon’s ‘Use Somebody’, and Project FEKT’s lead singer Kit Rees (U6M), who gave a mesmerising performance of ‘Addicted to Love’.

Also performing were: Pot Noodles; Can We Sleep on It; Maddy Galbraith (4F); Caitlin Brooks (4F); Haircut of the Week.
