Tuesday’s episode of Soul Music on BBC Radio 4 featured the well-loved hymn Dear Lord and Father of Mankind, looking at its popularity, why it is sung to the tune Repton and hearing from those for whom the hymn has special significance.
The programme also included a recording of the School’s Chapel Choir and an interview with John Bowley, Director of Music.
