Outstanding singing effort.

Outstanding singing effort.

Despite not bringing home any silverware this year School House was justifiably proud of its efforts in this year's Unison and Harmony singing competitions. The House's well-executed and tuneful rendition of Petula Clark's famous hit, 'Downtown', in the Unison was a clear demonstration of how much time and effort all the boys, and in particular their U6 mentors,  Sam Kingston-Jones, Blair Dunlop and Bolin Zhou, had put in, paying particular attention to the quality of the singing rather than any 'frills'. In the Harmony the House group, comprising of boys from every year group sang beautifully the traditional song 'Down To The River To Pray' and drew many approving comments from knowledgeable members of the audience.
