It has been great to see the new girls to The Abbey find their feet so quickly this Term. The B Block girls are already showing what a happy and positive contribution they will make. Their B Block Chapel was an early hit and drew praise from across the school. They have also thrown themselves cheerfully into every activity on offer and have been very supportive of each other. Brooke Hadeed has also started well with A Block. It is almost as though she has always been here!
Well done also to our new L6 who are proving to be a multi-talented bunch! The girls who moved up from O Block, within The Abbey have all commented on how much fun it is to have the new girls amongst them. No sign of cliques here! Everyone has already contributed to organising The Sale of Work. The 6th Form Dinner proving to be a huge success, with £700 raised already!
Well done to Charly Wright who featured in the Fashion Show and is also involved in The School Play. Wiz Mumby and Becky Siebert are also doing well in the Hockey 1sts. Becky has played for Germany this Term already and fingers are crossed for Wiz during her England trials.
