On Thursday 25th June at Denby C.C.’s ground Repton became the 2009 Derbyshire Champions of the Lord’s Taverners’ competition. In a match that went down to the wire Repton triumphed because of a good batting performance, chasing down a forbidding total posted by Tupton Hall, for whom Clarke scored an unbeaten 116.
This year’s team will represent Derbyshire in the national Under 15 competition stages next year.
Many congratulations to the winning team:

Back Row: Guy Davis, George Moss, Tom Bacon, Kieran Fenton, Alessandro Congiu, Max Pywell
Front Row: Andy Martin, Luke Cosford, James Gough, William Fox-Davies, Felix Waters, Connor Matthews
