Congratulations to the U14 XI cricket team at winning the Derbyshire Lord Taverners’ U14 title. Previous rounds saw fine victories over Murray Park, West Park and Brookfield schools to line up a final against Tibshelf School.
Batting first Repton scored 238, including a 166 partnership between Jason Taft and James Frost. In reply Tibshelf were all out for 117 with Frost taking a hat-trick. Captain Matt Goodacre received the Trophy from Mr Mike Stones, representing the Derbyshire County Cricket Club board.
