CAREER opportunities

Repton is a wonderful and inspiring place to work.

As one of the UK’s foremost co-educational boarding and day schools for boys and girls aged 3 to 18, we are a school strengthened by our history. From our foundation in 1557, today Repton is a modern, flourishing community with a clear sense of purpose and momentum.

The School has over one thousand pupils across the Prep and Senior School, making it large enough to achieve excellence in and out of the classroom, yet small enough for individuals to grow and flourish. Our talented and committed members of staff are central to providing an exceptional broad-based education. Through high-quality teaching, they blend heritage with the pursuit of excellence within world-class facilities and via award-winning pastoral care.
