In the recent House Tennis competition, the junior girls again showed the strength in depth enjoyed by The House sports teams. From our pictures, you will see that the matches were played in hot sunshine.
Junior Tennis Team
The B Team played exceptionally well, placing first among all the Houses. Much praise should go to Maddie and Sophie, who are non-team members, yet won all of their matches.
The A team played well and showed good sportsmanship, but were up against tough competition from the other Houses. They put up a good fight, coming fourth in the end.
A Team: Priscilla Girdham, Brooke Hadeed, Danielle Wilcock (A Block), Esme Buckley, Sevi Matthews, Jess Lawrence (B Block).
B Team: Maddie Kelly, Sophie Lamb, Holly Harcus (A Block), Cara Evans, Annie Findlay, Lucy McSweeney (B Block).
