Junior Hockey players disappointed in the final after being odds-on favourites

With a strong side, Orchard were always seen as a threat in the House Matches. We had a fantastic start by beating The Priory 5-0 in the first game with scoring our first goal within two minutes. Going into the semi -final we faced The Cross whom we comfortably won 3-0 with two late goals. These results subsequently led us into the final. All hopes were high - possibly too high - as early on we conceded, and did not make the most of our opportunities thereafter: in the dying minutes of the game, while pressing for an equaliser, we let in a second: we lost the game 2-0, a frustrating result to everyone in the side.
