The James Kropacsy Relays are held every Summer Term in memory of a Lathamite who died tragically and prematurely in 1998. James was a keen athlete and an all-round 'House' man, so it was decided to honour his memory with an athletics festival consisting of a variety of relay races involving as many members of the House as possible.
There was a wonderful turnout at yesterday's event both of competitors and enthusiastic supporters. Well done to all who took part but especially to Latham who won the boys' trophy and to The Mitre who were victorious in the girls' competition.
