Repton's U18 footballers, ISFA Six-a-Side Champions, have been awarded the ISFA Fair Play award for this season, and are commended for their 'outstanding conduct and respect towards opponents and match officials.'

With the support of the FA, ISFA now makes this award each season, based on the assessment of referees in the ISFA Cup. Having been one of the most successful schools in this competition over recent years, it is fantastic to see that the boys' sportsmanship and sense of fair play has also been recognised and rewarded.

Meanwhile, one of the 1st XI's star players, Johnny Gorman, has been making headlines in Northern Ireland following a string of excellent performances for their national side's full team.

Monday's Belfast Telegraph discussed Johnny's brave decision to reject the mighty Manchester United in favour of continuing his studies here at Repton while learning his trade at Wolverhampton Wanderers - it is a decision he does not regret!
