House Harmony washes away the blues

In an action packed weekend, a highlight was definitley the amazing performance of I'm gonna wash that man right out of my hair by the Abbey girls at the House Harmony Competition on Saturday. The girls were praised for their harmonies and controlled singing. Dressed in pyjamas, dressing gowns and bath hats, the girls made a great impact on what was a competition of exceptionally high standard. Well done to all of the girls involved: Amie King (U6), Sarah Cotterill, (L6) Phoebe Suen (U6), Simone Mathews (L6), Harriet Welch ((L6), Cassie Thorpe (L6), Smeera Kumar (O), Kate Benn (A Block), Frannie Beharrel (B Block), Lucy McSweeney (B Block). In addition to the Unison rehearsals, the harmony group practised for long hours in the run up to the competition.
