On the first weekend of half term, the 1st XI girl's hockey team qualified again for the National Finals, aiming to win their seventh successive National title. They beat Trent College 1-0 in the Midlands Final to be Midlands Champions for the ninth year in succession. The National Finals are at Cannock HC on 3rd and 4th March and we are grouped with Cheadle Hulme, Millfield and Arnold School.
On the first day back today, the U16 boys won their Midlands Zone after beating Meole Brace and Queen Mary's, Walsall, then drawing with Rugby School 2-2 in the last game. Repton won the event on goal difference and this sends them through to the Midlands Finals on Friday 18th March.
The U18 (at Repton) and U14 boys (at Beeston HC) play their zone rounds later this week.
