Match Report:
The scoreline does not reflect just how much the girls have improved and refined their skills over the past few weeks. In particular we are now beginning to make better use of our space and Gloria Chan on the wing was impressive in terms of setting up opportunities to strike at the goal. However, we still need to work on the accuracy of our passes, as well as ensuring that we are marking up when the opposition take a free hit. Although we conceded fairly early in the match, the second half saw the girls hungrier for the ball and the defence made up of Higgins, Findlay and Wright worked tirelessly against an agressive attack. Over the next few weeks some shooting practice should enable to the girls to make more of those opportunities in the D. Nevertheless, they can be justly proud of how much they have achieved so far this season.
