The 2011 Fashion show on Sunday lived up to expectations in spectacular fashion. The Abbey girls took a major role in the whole operation.
Out of the 106 credits on the programme notes, 42 were for Abbey girls.
21 of the 35 design credits were for Abbey girls, we also supplied 15 out of the 47 models. Sophie Lamb, Holly Harcus, Anna Bazhenova and Brooke Hadeed (All L.6) did a fantastic job on the Organising Committee, Stage Manager, Amy Chatterton (L.6) was also efficient and calm in organising everyone back stage. The sound was operated by Fabienne Peters (U.6) and the whole show was introduced melodically by our own chanteuse Frannie Beharrell!
Massive thanks must go to Mr Bournon and particularly Mrs Benson who gave the girls this wonderful opportunity and supported their efforts so willingly over the months leading up to the big event.
