Fashion Show Glamour

The fashion show held in Pears School during October was a massive success, and a huge contribution was made by The Abbey girls.

Prime mover was Flora Kay, who was heavily involved in the organisation of the event. She also presented her own collection and modelled during the event. Flora’s calmness and professionalism leading up to the event gave confidence to those around her. Sarah Stewart also assisted with front of house duties and general support.

The glamorous Ana Bazhenova was busy throughout, modelling her own designs plus professional collections. Other busy models were Nodira Ashurova, Kate Benn, Chrissie Lamb. Brenda Adams, Izzy Beard, Hannah Scheel and Sarah Cotterill.

Charley Wright’s sweet-inspired creation was a big hit, as was the work of Holly Harcus. It was also great to see B Blockers Esme Buckley and Annabel Findlay combining their talents to design and model a beautiful dress.

Flora and the girls were thrilled to receive support from the rest of The House. Flora said that the way everyone helped made the organising so much easier.
