COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING DIRECTOR

We are looking for a Communications and Marketing Director who will lead an established communications team serving the senior and junior (Foremarke Hall) schools and with links through to the International schools. The Communications team also works in close partnership with the Admissions Department and the Fundraising and Alumni Relations teams.

ICT HELPDESK MANAGER & SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

We have two rare opportunities for conscientious, technically knowledgeable individuals with excellent communication skills and a flexible approach within the following roles;

ICT HELPDESK MANAGER - to work as part of the Network support team, to provide Hardware and Software support for whole-school ICT services, with the ICT Helpdesk Manager specifically taking responsibility for all aspects of technical operations and service delivery relating to the function of the ICT Service Desk.  The ICT Helpdesk Manager will also manage and deliver the Staff ICT Training Programme under the guidance of the Director of ICT and Deputy Head Academic. To be considered, candidates must demonstrate sound experience of service delivery, be highly organised and proficient in a variety of computer applications.

ICT DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN – must possess a solid knowledge in operating systems and application software as well as significant experience gained within a PC support role in order to complement the existing team within our exceptionally busy ICT Department. Duties include a specific focus on the setup of School, Staff and pupil devices in addition to troubleshooting and support of the Whole School ICT Network.

ESTATES BURSAR’S ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

We have a unique opportunity for a proactive, conscientious individual to provide administrative support to the Estates Bursar.

This is a physically demanding, hands-on role which involves liaising and meeting with utility advisors, utility companies, Western Power and National grid, including their sub-contractors, as well as a significant amount of financial reconciliation and wide ranging general administration.  The ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines with great attention to detail as well as sound Microsoft Office experience (particularly Excel) are pre-requisites for this varied position.

PART TIME EXAMINATION INVIGILATOR

We require a conscientious, reliable individual to provide assistance during exam periods on a casual, ad-hoc basis, from mid-May until late June (please note there is a compulsory training day in April).

Duties will include ensuring supervising pupils and ensuring protocol is observed within examination periods. Previous experience within an educational environment is advantageous, but not essential.
