At 9pm precisely hoards of screaming girls hurtled out of their studies to be the first to find 170 Easter eggs hidden inside and outside the Garden. Mrs Mitchell, being a good girl guide, had forgotten that it would be dark at 9pm so it added a hint of difficulty in locating the mini Lindt eggs in the bushes! Rosie Davis, prepared as always, luckily still had her head torch from D of E so found rather more than the poor A Blockers. Screams did not abate until the grounds and rooms had been scoured for glints of gold and red (house colours!).
The U6 were disappointed they were not invited and protested, but then created even more fun. Zoe, Holly and Sophie had half an hour to make Easter Bunny costumes. They then delivered eggs in the dark to unsuspecting girls in the house. Holly growled for some reason as she hopped madly into the bedders and Sophie Watson, Head of House threw the eggs in a mad frenzy so some girls got more than one! Zoe Dunn could not control her giggles in the meantime! I don't think we have laughed quite like that all year!

Happy Easter girls!
