Confirmation Congratulations

Many congratulations to Hector Nelson (B Block) who celebrated his confirmation on Sunday morning in a special service taken by the Bishop of Derby. The Bishop talked passionately about the meaning of confirmation in the Church of England, and it was wonderful to see so many friends and family there to support Hector. Joseph Jankinson, who is also in B Block, played the notoriously demanding oboe continuo for J.S Bach's 'Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring' in what proved to be a delightful service.
