On Sunday 9th October The Bishop of Derby, The Rt Revd Dr Alastair Redfern, confirmed 15 Reptonians from all the age ranges. To a congregation of 140 parents and friends he preached on the theme 'What is the point of Confirmation' asserting that Faith was the only way to make sense of ourselves and the World in which we live.
We were delighted that The Bishop was joined by his wife, Caroline and the Gospel was read by The Revd Dr John Hughes, grandfather of Hannah Green (G).
