Former Olympic and Commonwealth swimmer, Mel Marshall, has joined the sports coaching staff as the new swimming coach. Mel had the honour of being the most decorated British female swimmer ever at the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, where she won 6 medals and was previously ranked world no. 1 at 200m Freestyle.
She is also currently Head Coach at City of Derby Swim Club and will taking the early morning sessions on Mondays and Fridays and the afternoon sessions on Tuesday and Thursdays.
