The U16 Cricket Tour to Barbados has started well for the 16 players and 2 staff who left the UK on Friday.
After a three wicket loss to Millfield School (Somerset, UK) on Saturday in a close game where Aaron Hibell and Sam Cotter starred with the ball and Luke Cosford hit 57, they recorded their first win of the tour against Ellerslie School from the island. Waters, Goodacre, Kavanagh and Fox-Davies all passed 30 with the bat as Repton posted 222 all out. Will Hughes took 5-25 and Kavanagh 3-28 as Ellerslie were restricted to 130.
The tour party takes on Lodge School on Tuesday 14th.
