Cabaret Dinner raises £3,300

A big thank you to all the parents who supported the Garden Cabaret dinner by donating prizes for the auction (an extra big thank you to the Petersons and Sanders for their consistent generosity) and raffle or by simply coming and enjoying "your best Garden Cabaret yet" to quote a parent who has been to all three! There was certainly an atmosphere of fun and excitement, especially when certain Dads took to the dance floor to show their daughters how to get down and boogie! The performances were highly entertaining, although it was sad to see Sophie and Katie sing for the last time at a Cabaret Dinner. The Lower Sixth did a stirling job of organising and hosting the evening, as well as receiving many compliments for their waitressing skills. Thanks to the selling talents of the O Block (to rival any Apprentice!) we raised over £300 in the raffle and a huge £3,300 overall, before adding on the total for Sale of Work day...
