Breakfast in bed for Haiti

Breakfast in bed for Haiti

Zoe Dunn came up with the idea of having breakfast in bed to raise money for Haiti. The B Block were volunteered (with the incentive that we will do this again next year!) to serve the rest of the house smoothies, bacon butties, pain au chocolat and fresh fruit slices. The house was buzzing in the early hours as the B Block ran up and down stairs delivering delicacies to the recumbent remainder.

We raised £250 which will go directly to Save the Children to help run their orphanages and interim care camps. They estimate that hundreds of thousands of children have lost or been separated from their parents.

Well done to B Block and Zoe and thanks to Simon our chef for supporting the whole idea!
