Match Report:

A no-score draw may sound dull, but this high-octane match was anything but. The teams were evenly balanced, and both physical and committed. With Carr in goal, and McEnery and Chandler at left- and right-back respectively, our defence was the most solid it had been all season, so the fact that we kept a clean sheet was no real surprise - although still very welcome!

Had our passing been more accurate in the first half, we perhaps might have made more of an impact, but, as it was, they had more of the possession and looked the more likely to score. In the second half, as Chandler came forward more, we took more shots on goal, were able to run harder and faster, looking the more likely side to sneak it, but a draw was a fair result.
