Match Report:
Repton produced a good performance to defeat St. Bede's. The visitors settled quickly and dominated the early exchnages, but strong Repton defending limited them to long range efforts. Kavanagh then set Repton on their way with a contender for goal of the season. He collected a half clearance by the St Bede's defence on his chest, controlled it before volleying the ball into the net from twenty yards. That was enough to give Repton the half-time lead and in the second half two goals from Fenton and one from Gough gave the home side a comfortable victory. It was only when Howle limped off injured with ten minutes to go that St Bede's managed to trouble the Repton defence.
