Match Report: Hockey on a grass pitch is a different game to the modern one, and Repton quickly adapted to this unfamiliar surface. They were on top throughout and goals by James Lancer and Ed Ballantyne-Rowland gave them a 2:0 lead at half-time, though it would have been more had they been playing on a truer surface. After half time they had plenty of opportunity to increase the scoreline but their only goal came from a thunderous shot from Sam Cotter. They didn't really have the killer instinct and relaxed with their three goal lead, allowing the opposition to score a late consolation goal. It was good to finish the season with a well deserved win.
