Match Report:
Repton endured a tough start to the season against a John Port side that was superior all over the pitch. The opposition was sharper, more decisive in the tackle and quicker to react to the loose ball. Astin played well in goal to keep the score down but few will have been satisfied with their contribution. The Repton boys will have learnt that some prep school habits need to be eradicated quickly and are ready to learn over the next few weeks.
