Match Report: This was a very promising start to their Repton hockey careers. Having only trained as a team on a couple of occasions I was worried that we might struggle against a team that has been together for some time. However, despite falling a goal behind and inevitably appearing chaotic and disorganised at times, the boys played very well. Marcus Wilcox was well placed to score a couple of easy goals, Ben Nevill scored a good deflection at the far post and Aaron Hibell and Robbie Astin scored two more late on. There is lots to do if we are to embark on a big cup run next term but it is encouraging to see such early promise and enthusiasm. I hope the boys come back from the holiday period rested but in good physical condition!  SJC
