Match Report: The match was disrupted by a lack of floodlighting but there was nothing stop-start about Repton's performance. The "mighty 3rd XI" lived up to their name by giving a stirring performance of good football, showing fluent passing skills, good movement and sound finishing. After an early goal by Alex Ashton, two more goals were notched up by half-time, coming from Freddie Greatrex ( a cross ) and George Hodson-Walker ( a long shot ). Repton dominated the second half to the extent that goalkeeper, Tom Cosford, gave himself the TFC award ! Further goals came in the shape of a header from captain, James Boyce, and a close-range finish from Jonny Cordingley. Men of the match were Andrew Freedlander and Harvey Butters. That's 7 on the trot - well done the whole team ! MS
