Result: WON 6-0
Match Report: Repton began brightly and caused problems from the start. We made a concerted effort to move the ball around quickly and were able to create a number of chances. The Denstone keeper, their man-of-the-match was equal to everything early on and Cosford, Fung and the outstanding Kumeta had to contain their frustration as the match remained goalless. Eventually, the goal came when Chapman was left with space in the D and Kumeta and Fung were able to add two further goals before half-time. Fung made an excellent start to the second half and the goal he set up for Cosford, our fourth, would have graced any match. Two further strikes were added before the end and the boys continued to do the right things, maintaining good shape right to the whistle. This was an impressive performance, perhaps the best thus far of what is becoming a successful season. We shall look, however, to sharpen up our short-corner routines before next Saturday.
