Match Report:

This was another game in which Repton had plenty of possession, played some good hockey at times, yet didn’t manage to convert the pressure into goals. The main problem was that the passing wasn’t as crisp as it has been and when chances were created they were not taken. At the back there was some excellent play in the heart of the defence by Ellis and Markham, with Wortelboer making some vital stops to keep us in the game. The goal was well worked from a short corner routine and put in by Padley, but overall it was a disappointing game from a Repton perspective as we could have done much better. CMK
