Result: Lost 2-4.

Match Report:

This was an absorbing game of hockey to watch, as well as one that was full of good hockey from both teams. Repton had plenty of the ball and plenty of pressure, yet Hall Cross always looked dangerous on the break. There were chances at both ends all game and in the end we were to rue the ones we missed. For the record Greatrex put us ahead with a clever bit of skill, but we then conceded 2 goals just before half time, with a third soon after. Greatrex pulled one back and we had more pressure but a 4^th goal from Hall Cross effectively ended the contest. There were some noteworthy performances from the team, with Ellis and Markham having particularly good games at the back. CMK
