Result: Uppingham won 6-3

Match Report:

With Repton missing their usual 2nd pair from the 1st VI this was a weaker than usual 2nd team. The 2nd team is still in its infancy both in terms of the age of players and their experience.  The new pairing of R Taylor and N Paxton seemed to work very well and they won all 3 of their fixtures many by very small margins.  The 2nd pair were unlucky only narrowly losing their fixtures 22-24 and 19-21  (twice) and their matches were a great learning experience for this new pairing.  With 2 of our team in B block and 2 in O block this looks like a team with plenty of potential  for the future!
