Repton's Design and Technology department continues to gain national recognition through the prestigious Arkwright Scholarship Trust. An Arkwright Scholarship is awarded to pupils in the 6th form who are considering a career in design, engineering or architecture, and the purpose of the scheme is to discover the best talent in Britain.
From a field of over 800 applicants, who sit an elimination paper followed by an interview at a leading university, Reptonians Lowri McIntosh, Danielle Willcock and Hannah Green are seen here at the Institute of Engineering Technologists in London, ready to receive their awards.
Lowri and Danielle's awards are sponsor by Mr R Kirkland OR, and Hannah's by Sheffield University.
