An evening of musical delights

Several Abbey girls contributed to a wonderful informal concert at The Bedlam Hall on Thursday 27th May.
Sarah Cotterill (L6) was accompanied by harpsichord, cello and violin as she sang Handel’s Meine Seele hört in sehen.
Alex Cartlidge(O Block) sang a duet from Don Giovane.
Lucy McSweeney (B Block) performed really beautifully on her cello, Mozart’s symphony in G Minor.
Frannie Beharrel brought the show to a close with a thoroughly entertaining performance of the song, Anything you can do I can do better!
The show was well supported by Abbey girls and parents. The girls should be commended for such confident work, and all amid a time which is dominated by external exams.
